Great. Just what I was looking for.
Although I'm not an arm wrestler, however I do train my forearms for hypertrophy. I find that using multiple different training methods besides the most common dumbbell wrist curls you open up a new door when you invite new methods to apply. This handle when I connect it to either my lat pulldown machine or a carabiner with a loading pin and weight, I feel a different effect. Which is good! I have over a dozen Armsport handles, and they are very useful! Love em!💪
